Jake Knapp | Writer, designer, person
Jake spent 10 years at Google and Google Ventures, where he created the Design Sprint. He has since coached teams like Slack, Uber, 23andMe, LEGO, and The New York Times on the method.
Previously, Jake helped build products like Gmail, Google Hangouts, and Microsoft Encarta. He is currently among the world’s tallest designers.
Bruce McCarthy | Author, Speaker, Founder at Product Culture
Bruce McCarthy is a serial entrepreneur, author, organizer, and speaker at product, UX, and innovation events around the world. He helps growing organizations achieve their product visions through workshops, mentoring, and team coaching. Bruce's co-wrote Product Roadmapping Relaunched: How to Set Direction While Embracing Uncertainty and opines regularly about Product Culture.

Natalie Field | Chief Digital Officer at Belong
Natalie Field is a change agent, leader and developer of high performance teams and individuals. With a passion for learning, a fierce determination to succeed and an obsession in value-driven delivery, Natalie has worked in multiple industries and countries. She is now directing her energy to create sustainable change across Belong to realise lean, iterative, adaptive ways of working while using technology to increase the impact of existing business models and unlock new frontiers in the telco industry.
