ONE THING Pondering OKRs

I have a question for you brilliant product people: How many of you use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at work? Do you like them? Hate them? Do they map to your roadmap (and vice versa)? Tell me a story.

Invented by Intel, made famous by Google and Zynga, OKRs are a huge phenomenon among tech companies and in any organization that wants to operate like one. I've been leading workshops on the subject recently. I have also written an article explaining how OKRs work for product teams here. Thoughts?
