High-Growth CPO Forum

Work with Peers in Similar Companies to Solve Tough Challenges, Share Best Practices, and Become a Better Leader

Tailored Specifically for Product Leaders of Growth Companies

Product leadership is the hardest job in business. With all of the responsibilities, and sometimes none of the authority, it often seems like you must be an expert at everything. You may lack a safe environment for sharing or fresh eyes for perspective. Time is short for building a support network or getting feedback on decisions before committing to a course of action. The High-Growth CPO Forum is here to help.

As part of ongoing Forum membership, product leaders meet quarterly for a day with peers from similar-stage private and public companies. Working in complete confidentiality, Forum members collaborate to address timely, member-specific issues by using the most relevant, proven growth frameworks and tools.

How It Works

Each quarter, CPO Forum members meet to:

  1. Present and learn about best practices for leading companies

  2. Get frank, confidential input from high-caliber peers on the most pressing challenges

  3. Discuss relevant topics like key market trends, product management tools, customer engagement, sales enablement, and team building

  4. Create action plans and milestones to build accountability and improve their performance

  5. Report back on actions taken, experiments tried, and results experienced in follow-up sessions that give members ongoing support toward reaching their desired outcomes

  6. Invite guests to join meetings to enrich areas of importance to members
