ONE THING on Sneaky Stakeholder Walks

One place I worked, I started taking walks with coworkers at lunch time. We’d chat about work some, but a lot of the discussion was casual or even personal. With 20 or 30 minutes to walk and no agenda, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about what what was on people's minds. Eventually, this habit grew into an informal networking group of 10 or 12, sharing information and insights from across the company. How have you managed meeting up with stakeholders in the hybrid world? Tell me a story.

CPOs, Roadmaps and Dates
Stakeholders often want committed dates in your roadmap, not now/next/later. How do you retrain them to see the roadmap as a strategic artifact, not a delivery plan? I’ll be leading an open discussion for CPOs, December 20. Register now for Roadmaps: Handling the demand for fixed dates.
