Before we start the final push to the end of the year I want you to pause. Instead of fighting to get as much done as possible, ask yourself what is actually critical.

Pick one or two things to fully invest in. You get far more bang for your buck by shipping a single impactful feature that you take the time to build, explain and market properly. Rushing five times as many half baked features just so you can say you shipped them makes no difference to your business and compromises the really leveraged ones. Next week we will apply this exact same discipline to your planning for next year.

What is your core focus for the end of the year?
Hit reply and let me know the one or two things you are committed to making successful.
